A great product for adjusting the height of your laptop screen. However, because I had read the other reviews I was expecting to just be able to unplug the usb cable in order to make my laptop portable again. Infact I also need to unplug the laptop power and network connection to my laptop in order to move it to another destination. So, 3 things to unplug/plug. It wasn't the product description that was misleading but the reviews......

Brilliant, well made, works straight from the box, as another reviewer says - turns laptop into desktop. Only plug in 1 USB cable everytime I sit down at my desk and no neck strain. Highly recommended (bought one for the 'boss')

If you have a laptop this is a must in my opinion. Turns a laptop in to a Desktop
and back again just by plugging in the Port Ergo to the mains and then attaching the laptop via supplied USB lead. Once attached you have extra USB connections for Keyboard, Mouse etc. It positions to the height and angle that suits you best and also helps keep the Laptop cool. Just unplug one USB cable for the Laptop to be mobile again.
I have had much less neck strain since using this product and have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars.
