Excellent, non-intrusive training aid. You can monitor your heart-rate and length of training and upload your stats to a personalised, secure section of the Garmin website to monitor your progress or upload to a Garmin application that you can download onto your own computer. Haven't tried it yet with the foot-pod, but looking forward to using this also to monitor distance travelled as well.

Looked at all the available heart monitors and found this to be the best value for your money. Read several reviews with issues with the buttons on the watch being pressed whilst wearing it, never had this happen yet.
