I have now bought and installed several of these for customers of mine after using one for myself for some time.
I and they are very happy with this unit which is very reliable and easy to set up.

Although this product says that it is Windows 7 compatible, the set-up CD that comes with it had the graphics all over the place until I stopped trying to set it up using a Windows 7 computer and reverted to an XP machine. All much clearer following that alteration, so I don't know how users with only a Windows 7 machine at their disposal have got on when going through initial set-up? This would seem to indicate a slightly dated machine?

easy t set up and started off well, but then it kept re-booting itself, with due respect to zoom technical support they suggested returning for a replacement which Amazon did well then the replacement started doing the same, still awaiting a suggestion from Zoom on what we need to do next!

I have had a few wireless routers in my time, and found one of them especially annoying.
I've had Zoom for a couple of years now, and every month or so it needs a reboot, but other than that it works well and is reliable. I only thought i'd search around and see if anything better had come out, and for me to see good reviews about this (2 years later!!), i think i'll stick with Zoom!
i have all sorts connected, wii, iphone, netbook, laptop, PC, with no difficulty.

I'm no computer expert but I found this very easy and straight-forward to set up. I have been using it for a month now without any problems, on two laptops, one running vista and the other XP.
Connection is good through thick walls, upstairs and outside.
