Excellent product August 22, 2010 E. L. Horden (Kent, UK) This adapter was a good price and received promptly. It was simple to install and works really well - recommended
Pleased with the 'Dongle' August 20, 2010 Stan (UK) I am very pleased with this Wireless G USB Network Adapter. Originally I had my router on an extension lead and connected directly to my PC. Whenever I received a telphone call it disconnected my broadband. The answer was the above adapter which I attached to my PC, moved the router and connected it directly to the phone cable at its point of entry into the premises.
Problem sorted - broadband remains connected after I receive a telephone call and everything works perfectly,
Lm Technologies 802.11g Wireless G USB Net... August 16, 2010 riz Perfect item.
Doe the job, no trouble or problems.
been using it over a year now
Easy to Instal August 4, 2010 A. Odelana (London, England) Luckily I had read some reviews before buying this product and I took the advice about ignoring the instructions that came with the product.
So I plugged it straight into the USB port first of all and then waited for the computer to prompt me to insert the CD that came with it in order to install the drivers.
A couple of clicks later it found my wireless router and I was up and running (surfing) in no time.
So it's very good value for money and very easy to use.
Highly recommended.
Needs to be close to the hub August 3, 2010 coolbabe Bought this when moving into a two bed flat. The wireless hub is situated in the living room, my XP desktop is in another room which is about 6 meters away from the hub with 2 walls in between.
The installation is straightfordward, but my desktop keeps dropping the connections. This was very annoying especially when I was making online payments. So decided not to use this one.
I then set up this stick with my laptop, and it seems working very well, never have trouble with connection. The difference is I use my laptop in the living room always.
It is relatively cheap, so for the price I paid I must say it is not a bad choice although it is not perfect neither.
