Customer Reviews: Some odd decisionsDecember 31, 2009 TG(UK) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
*** edit 09/01/10 - I mention not enough space for all the cards which, it seems, is a known problem for a batch of folders. www.toppsfootball.co.uk has an address you can return the folder for a replacement with the right number. Personally I can't face transferring all the cards but might help somebody. ***
First thing... you get half a pitch. Personally I wasn't expecting more but just noticed the picture is a bit misleading showing a folded and unfolded pitch.
Second... if you collect Match Attax you really need a folder. Seeing it fill-up has given my son a lot of pleasure and he carries it around proudly.
The problems I have are :
Not enough inserts to have each card shown. Having gone through each team and the MOM for each team there just wasn't enough space for all the Managers who have had to double-up.
There's no indication where the card goes on a page (if you want them in order that is). The folder lists each card and gives them a number but there's nothing on the insert pages to match it.
After a week of (admittedly heavy) usage some of the inserts are already beginning to split and/or become loose causing the cards to slip out.
I can appreciate the trade-off between producing cheaply to keep the price down and quality but I would have paid the same again to have a quality book.

Very good, does 'exactly what it says on the tin'. My daughter has organised her cards now, so they're not scattered all over the place.
